• Individuals wanting to professionally share their story and add media exposure to their resume
All applicants are reviewed and approved before booking.

Investment:
Spotlight episodes begin at $175 for a 30-minute feature.
Optional upgrades are available upon approval (extended episode time, reels, additional promotion, etc.).

No. All applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with the Ramblin’ Rodeo Podcast brand and values.
Yes. Due to the high number of applications we receive, we cannot track who is currently interested in participating in the paid Spotlight Series. If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, you must submit a new Spotlight Series application.
Yes. The host reserves full production rights. In the event that:
• The episode does not go as planned
• The content does not align with our brand
• Misconduct occurs during recording
The episode will not be published.
If an episode is denied for production, a refund will be issued minus a $50 non-refundable production fee.
The Ramblin’ Rodeo Podcast will only issue refunds if the episode is denied for production.
If denied:
All funds will be refunded except for a $50 non-refundable production fee.
No-call, no-shows, or canceling a scheduled recording time three (3) times will result in:
• No refund
• Placement on a Do Not Record list
Payment is required before scheduling your recording date.
Yes. Once approved, you will receive detailed episode guidelines and preparation instructions prior to recording.
